baby & toddler food, written with dietitian Karen Kingham, is a best-selling recipe book for parents. Advice on nutrition, meal planning and coping with typical baby and toddler food issues for parents, this book was written in 2005.
War in the Australian Memories in Black and White series was compiled from the newsreels of Australian Movietone news. Carol wrote the history of the War and the foreword was written by Major General Peter Cosgrove.
A commonsense guide for Australian parents was written
by Carol Fallows and Shayne Collier and published in 2004. This is a hands-on guide for new parents and was published in an easy-to-read pictorial format.
